texecom premier elite 24 programming

Hi,

I have setup my texecom premier elite 24, with expander and comip. But I am struggling to get the system to activate when the front door is closed using the timer exit.

Also, when in a room with a PIR and the alarm apparently set it doesnt go off. I have check the voltage through the feeds and it is fine, the tamper work when I remove the cover for the PIR.

Any thoughts that people could give me would be great.

How is it wired ? Eol or two wire with common tamper ?

As sparkymarka has suggested, need to know how its wired first, are you using wireless devices or is it all hardwired.

What devices do you have on panel and what do you have on the expander?

Do the devices walk test okay?

Then you can look at the programing.
