These days who do they represent ? They obviously couldn't give two hoots for the working class which was the foundation stone of the party.

Seems to me UKIP represent the common man more than labour.

UKIP have a strong social views but also recognise that the country should work and show a profit to pay for it... And pay their fair share of taxes
 
I remember when labour lost office and the the then Chancellor left that note for his successor:

There's no money left

He since apologised as it caused outrage, I think it says more about labours handling of the economy far more than their political opponents could!!!! Biggest own goal I can think of .......so did the shambles of their handling of the economy result in the conservatives having to introduce the cut backs .....I think so.

I'm a working man and I come from an immigrant/ working class backgound.

That's why I resent the clowns that have hijacked the labour party.....corbyn with his private education and workless background what does he know about the common working man. Fortunately the buffoons at labour have handed their votes to ukip.
