Thomas Dudley single flush toilet

Hi
Can anyone help, the push button in my toilet has come loose and the spring in the push button has gone missing. The push button is from a Thomas Dudley enclosed cistern, it isn't the 73.3mm one that's to big, is there a smaller one

Which model concealed cistern is it?

If it's the Vantage it comes in 73.5mm and 51mm.
The Miniflow is 51mm.
The Pushflow comes in 46, 50 and 63.5mm.

Looking at the cistern it has 2121A It certainly is not the 73 . 5 that is two big
I just wish I could get the spring for it
