Tile adhesive blocking drain!!

After having had some work done, our nice tiler poured away some tile adhesive down our outside drain which is now blocked! Is there anything I can apply to the adhesive to shift it?

The adhesive was used on ceramic tiles to a wooden floor.

Get the bloke back to fix it! What a no no thing to do. That would be like me emptying half full plaster buckets down a customers drains, dont pay and get them back
