tiny verticle crack in brickwork

Hiya all, possibly worrying over nothing but noticed on our garage (front of property) that joins to the house / or part of as you would say,

we have a course of blue bricks that go around the lower part of the property, just noticed on one it has a hair line crack in it, below it has opened the motor a tiny bit, ive filled it in at the moment and you can hardly see it.

house 14 yr old, only one brick

Hairline cracks can be a sign of serious structural failure. I should call in a structural engineer asap and be prepared to evacuate the house at short notice.

OK, I'll come clean. hairline cracks are very rarely of any significance, and usually nothing to worry about.
