Can I just use a cheap angle grinder with a standard blade in it to take this wall out?

Putting door in.. prev owner blocked it up. Its single brick. As you can see there is only a couple of tie in bricks, the rest is just all cement. Easy enough to cut?

A grinder with a diamond edged blade will do the trick to groove out the mortar, I'd keep the wall wet though to keep the blade cool and also to keep the level of dust down too.

You could also use a drill to drill through the mortar, once you get a few bricks loose, they'll start coming out easier. Or a cheaper option is to use a sledge hammer - that will work too.
