TopSeal GRP - Building Regs requires certified installer only

Buildings Regs has told me that for TopSeal GRP to be installed on my roof, my builder has to be TopSeal certified. Does this go for all GRP roofings or just TopSeal?

Never heard of that one, ask him where it says that in the legislation.
