Touch Dimmers

I want to replace my existing standard dimmer switches with the touch dimmers. Ive seen some that has 3-4 oval type buttons in a verticle line and light up blue but cant seem to find them anywhere.

Can someone recomend a good touch dimmer switch and do they wire up exactly the same???????

Will also need a 400w rated one.
