Hi,

I have a towel rail that's fed from the CH but the pipes are from the floor not the wall. I want to fit a heating element but the only way I can see to do this is with an elbow like this.

The trouble is, the pipes are directly under the inlet & outlet so I don't see how I can install the element. In addition, it looks a bit ugly.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

That's the way it's done I'm afraid. Looks better if the pipe into the element side rises under the rail rather than off to one side though. If yours rise directly underneath you'll need to alter them

The floor is tiled so there's no easy way to alter them:(

Can't they be cut and a joiner with a bent bit of pipe added?
