Triton Opal 10.5W shower

Hi,

We have recently had our shower re-installed following the fitting of a new tray but since it has been reconnected, the low pressure light keeps coming on. This often stays on for 2-3 minutes and the water is stone cold - not an enjoyable experience! the temperature setting is on 8 or 9. Can anyone give me any advice on how to resolve this?!?!

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no inlet filter.

However, we followed the manual procedure to flush the system by running the shower on max temperature and then rotating the control to the min temp (max flow).

At this point the water stopped coming through the shower head and started coming through a clear plastic pipe next to the connection for the shower hose.

Is this related to the PRD as the manual suggests?

Any ideas on next steps as we are stuck?
