triton t80z tco

I have changed the tco (direct from triton) on triton t80z and kept all cables in same place etc... but the temperature does go down sufficiently however before the tco was changed it would simply go cold when turned and of course hot when turned hot and the happy medium in between we all love... any advice how to restore normality

Is it cycling between hot/cold or just going cold? What reason behind replacing TCO?

Just hot, plumber from housing association said the tco wasn't working but he wouldn't fix it as it was under triton warranty however the missus chucked the box away with warranty inside

You don't need a warranty if you have proof of purchase, receipt, credit card statement etc.. They may even be able to tell from the serial number that it is under warranty.
