Turn off water??? HELP!!

My stop cock is under the sink but there is approx 10 metres of pipe before the stop cock and I need to put a t-juntion in for a dishwasher half way along.

Is there a tool I can use or a self cutting t-junction?

Please help.

the pipe before the stopcock can be turned off from outside. but what happens if its raining and dark and you need to do it again, not really going outside will you.

what sort of muppet laid 30 feet of copper pipe in your house without isolation?

Turn the water off outside, and put another stopcock 30 feet up stream of the present one. Are you sure there isn't another stopcock somewhere?
