I'm doing up my shower cubicle and everything in it. There is already a 100mm tube in the wall from the previous fan. Its located on the same wall as the shower and is slightly above head height.

The previous fan was 230v. Is this still acceptable? I see a few SELV type for sale. Wondering where these should be used, I would prefer the 230v type if possible.

Not really.

Don't need to be an Einstein to know that if you do an image search for girl fan something is likely to come up in the first couple of pages....

sercure, your first link broiught up some 240v fans and some with remote transformer. Didn't you have the transformer ones in mind?
