Does anyone recognise this cistern and more importantly how do you access the diaphragm as it doesn't shut off properly. I assume one presses down and twists but it doesn't move and I don't want to break it. There are no nuts to undo. May have to replace all the input part if I can access under the cistern but close coupled to a base and not obvious how to access
