Unvented cylinder loud crack when water drawn

I have an unvented heating system with a 300L Gledhill StainlessLite cylinder that somtimes emits a very loud cracking sound (https://clyp.it/4ov2ozv0) when hot water is drawn from a tap.

Everything works fine except for this sound which can be unnerving for those who don't expect to hear it.

Any ideas how it can be resolved ?

Sledgehammer to crack a nut. This isn't my field and I have no intention of it becoming so. I just want to understand what the problem might be and how it can be solved before getting someone in so that they can't pull the wool and rip me off...

Hard to say from the sound byte....I'd bite the bullet and get someone in.
