UPVC door letting draught in

Hi,

I'm trying to fix a draft coming in through the top of my upvc door. They are new(ish) doors and when closed it doesn't form a tight seal with the frame. I've tried to adjust the hex bolts which are on the hinges but this doesn't do anything - am I doing it incorrectly?

If they are newish will the fitters not come back to make adjustments for you?

You say its coming in at the top, Does the door appear low all the way across or just the handle side? If so it may need de-glazing and "Heel & Toeing".
Adjusting hinges will depend on the type, There are hundreds of different hinges so we would need some pics to see what you have.

Thanks for replying, unfortunately the chap who fitted them was a bit of a show and go - waste of space. Will get some pics up which might make more sense.
