We need a new bay window and wanted the frame white outside and light oak finish inside. We were told by several companies that it would not be a problem. We are now told that it is only possible to have the oak finish on the outside frame and white inside. Ha anybody had the same problem? Thanks in advance.

My parents live in London, and had UPVC bay windows fitted about two years ago. They are white on the outside and Oak colour on the inside. So yes it is possible.

be careful with some 'wood' finishes. the veneer maybe wood effect but the back ground can be white. looks shocking if you scratch the window.
