UPVC window out of alignment

Hi all, I have 2 UPVC windows that seem to be out of alignment as when they are closed I can see outside if I look at the edge where the window meets the frame at the right angle. They appear to be sitting too far to one side so the seals on the window do not meet the frame on the other side (i.e. They are too far to the left)

There's a number on the window: 6 99 Gr6 1100-1400

Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

From what you describe it sounds like the hinge alignment is way out. Are these recently fitted windows or have they been in place for some time?

Unusual for the hinges to be that far out that the window doesn't meet the seals on one side. Wear on the hinges usually affects the closing edge so that the window doesn't seal properly but that isn't how I read your description.

Can you post some pics of the windows open and closed so it is easier to understand exactly where the problem lies?
