UPVC window replacement handle screws

Hello everyone , I am new to the forum so I am sorry if I am repeating a question (I did search first though )
I have recently bought a house which has a lot of broken , I think they are Cockspur, window handles.
The question is when I replace these would I need to use bigger screws to hold them securely or will the original sizes be enough, or would it be better to move the postion of the handles completely.

Unless the threads have been damaged best to reuse the old screws they should fit fine.
