i recently arrived from a holiday to find that there is no hot water and heating in my flat. the screen on the boiler is written f.25 and the is something like light crossed as well. i had the same problem last year January which was fixed but am not sure who to call now and what should i do.please help

That probably is because the system pressure is too low.
You must learn how to repressurise it and regularly check that its at about 1.5 bar and always top it up if it falls close to 1.0 Bar.
Look in your user manual for instructions on repressurising. You should have been shown how to do that by the installer or vendor but it sounds as if you dont want to remember. That can be expensive if you have to call someone out each time.
