Vaillant eco TEC Pro 24 - any good

Hi guys,

Just had a quote to change the old back burner behind our chimney to a new combination boiler. This will be installed in our loft with a radiator flush etc.

The boiler quoted is a Vaillant eco TEC Pro 24. Basically want to know if this is goign to be okay? We live in a semi detached 3 bedroom house. Only 2 of us at the moment, but likely to have guests etc.

i have this exact boiler.

if you can get a remote for it go for it, otherwise you will have to go into the loft everytime you change the settings or if you want it on constant or whatever.

Ours in is in our bathroom and it is really good for hot showers plenty of hot water and quite powerful, although you cant use the other hot taps at the same time as its not powerful enough.

Rads heat up very quick as well.

Its an ideal boiler for a flat or small house i would say.
