Vaillant ecoMAX828/2E low pressure

Hi guys.

Have a problem with low pressure in above boiler - below 1.
Landlord won't be able to send someone before Monday, so I need your help how to fix it.

Please note, that red arrow indicates on kind of little black crowbar/lever which doesn't move in any directions.

I think the black knob is just a valve for closing off the central heating return.

Can you identify the mains cold water inlet pipe and look to see if there's an extra connection from that, probably going through a tap to one side of the central heating pipework.

I'm wondering if the flexible silver hose is that link and that may be a tap under the black plastic knurled nut.
