Hi
Since the cold snap , my boiler seems to be loosing pressure via the pressure valve, situated beneath the boiler on the right hand side. I have found in this area signs of leakage. does this mean the valve needs replacing or could it require a bit of a clean. Any help would be gratefuly received. The boiler still works but the pressure is well below the 1 bar

Top it up to 1 bar when it's cold, then run it up to temperature and watch the pressure gauge. Report back what happens as it heats up...

I suspect that at some point it will rise above three bar, at which point your pressure relief will operate. Your expansion vessel is depressurised, or more likely blown, and needs recharging/replacing
