Veritas R8 Fault

Hi everyone

Fitted a veritas R8 twos months ago, customer just called me back to say that the system won't full set only part set, nipped round for a quick scan, couldn't get it to full set either, so tried my engineer code to enter programming, wouldn't accept that either, so re set the panel to factory settings changed the code but won't still let us full set or enter the default engineer code, anyone come accross this problem before.

Check keypad ribbon are a row of keys dead ?
