Vertical Glazing Bars ?

Does any one know of a company, that supplies to the public, vertical glazing bars (?) that will enable me create a frame to fit a piece of glass in a hole in a friends garage wall. They don't want wood or a proper window and they have some glass that can be cut to size.

Any decent timber merchant would stock glazing bar. Don't expect to find it in any of the sheds.
