Viessmann Vitodens 200W WB2C default settings

Hi, does anyone know how to reset this boiler back to the factory default settings. My Boiler seems to be behaving erratically and I suspect the last engineer who serviced it, (a condescending man), may have 'adjusted' something and I'd like to go back to square one.
