I am a student living in a student house, I've been unable to get in touch with the estate agents for the last 2 days so that is hwy I've turned to here.

We have a red light on the Boiler, no hot water and no heating the Pressure was 0 so I changed it to 1 after reading online, this didn't work... I turned it off for a few seconds, where it flashes green, back to red then turned it back on and it just sticks at red.

Sounds like it's on, looked online for solutions can't find any!

Has anyone got any ideas, in desperate need of a shower lol!

Thanks in advance

Where did you turn it off, the mains or by switching the boiler control through standby? It's the latter to reset the boiler.

If it was the latter then it goes straight to red it's not something you can deal with I'm afraid, lack of shower or not.

Twisted the Boiler to Off then back on, not the mains
