Wall or floor first?

Small room, going to have 9mm laminate on floor and Plastic sheeting on battens on walls. Which comes first?

I'd do the walls first, except for the skirting, to avoid any damage to the finished floor.
Fix the skirting after you've done the floor, then the gap around the edge of the floor (for expansion) will be covered by the skirting.
