First - and most important - remove fuses for relevant sockets/switches you are working around so they are not live.
Remove the screws far enough that you'll be able to push a little paper underneath, cut a X corner to corner in the
wallpaper over the switch/socket, trim excess paper off, so you have a square hole, a little smaller than the actual
switch/socket, then push these edges in under the switch, they shouldn't be touching any wires or connectors,
if they are, carefully trim a little more off. Carefully screw the socket back in place, but don't screw in place firmly
for an hour or so, until the paste has dried a little.
