wallpapering onto plasterboard.

can i wallpaper directly onto plasterboard and if so what do i use to stop the plasterboard joints showing through the wallpaper?

not really have a look @ the british gypsum site ...drywall and easifill

I have lined plasterboard in the past and then papered over that and had no probs at all. All joints scrim taped and filled over with filler and rubbed down with a sander.
