water tank slab thickness?

I am building a fish tank that is an L shape and weighs around 6000kg base size is each leg 10x4.5 foot from back corner.
what thickness slab would i need to go for, the overhang shall i call it ( beyond the tank base ) will be 200mm ?

I am thinking 6inch with rebar aswell.
