I want to move a WC against an inside wall which means the waste pipe will have 1 right angle from wc to outside wall then another from outside wall to main waste pipe. The total length will not be more than 4 metres. Is this possible? Or advisable?

It can be done, make sure you have the maximun fall posible on the pipe.
