hi i bought a hotpoint aqgd169s washing machine about 14 months ago,it has develpoed a fault in last couple of days on the screen it comes up error 11 and its not spinning.does anyone know what that means please.

hi,thank you for your reply if the pump is disconnected will the washing still spin as the washing machine not spinning,it pumps the water out but no spin then after it been on for about 10 minutes it comes up error 11 we have checked pipe and that seems to be fine.

Check the connections on the pcb. I got one next week same fault that's got a pcb fault.. If yours is pumping out water ok then it could be a dodgy wire on the pump or pcb.
