Hi Guys, im looking for some good information and have been told that this is the place to come. I am installing a Stovax Riva Duplex Stove. As this is a double sided stove I am building a false chimney breast at 90' to the main living room wall, using metal stud. I need to 'skin' the structure with a suitable board which will be getting ceramic tiled. I know plasterboard is no good and that I need a dedicated fireboard but I am getting conflicting information about what to use. I have been told Glasroc is ok, but I don't think its up to the job and I have also been told Masterboard or Hardiebacker or even Virmiculite (which moves around too much apparently) is the product to use. Is it a Class 0 product that I need? Any recommendations very gratefully received.
