What kind of paint will I Need ?

I'm thinking of repainting my front door in a different style but im not sure what kind of paint I will need.

the syle of door is ...

The answers I would like to know are;

1. What kind of paint would I need for the exterior door (from Homebase)
2. The colour of the door in the pic (Near enough)

That door looks rather familiar, if I were you I would go for an oil/solvent borne system undercoat and gloss, with regard to the colour you will probably need to get it mixed in store.
