What would be a reasonable price to pay a tiler for 6 square metres of plain white tiles 20 x 25cm around three sides of a standard bath up to ceiling height with cuts top bottom and sides - labour only with all materials supplied and no wall preparation. Any advice would be much appreciated.

This question has always been asked and the answer is the same,without actually seeing a job quoting acurately is difficult.
Taking what you've said into account though I would be looking at £180 if I supplied the grout and adhesive (I have brands that I like and work with) if your suppyling them then about £150-£160ish
