Going to look at an install this week where an unvented cyl and heating system was installed last year , but never worked properly. Symptoms explained were that you can have dhw on its own and ch on its own , but when both put on on clock , nothing works.
what to look for.

whats doing my nut in is, if the clock is apparently giving power to work on dhw and ch individually, why is there nothing at all when both switched on together.Trying to find some sense in the matter before i go and look t it.
