Your units have failed and not just starting, there isn't anything you can do to minimize the appearance other than replace, units can fail as early as 5 years from new and its accepted as the norm now, going by the style of handle, mechanical joints and external beading suggests your window is around 30 years old

1997 dated on one of the moulds do you not think it will clear for the summer with the sun on them all day

Possibly but nothing you can do to the internal room temp that will reduce it, it will come and go but eventually it will come and stay just depends how far down that road they are

Without replacing them they will never get better, somedays they will appear ok but others , will be like what you see. Eventually they will go milky white as the water reacts with the glass

start asking around for a local independent person who repairs double glazing, plastic windows, and patio doors.

There is sure to be at least one, because they are quite troublesome. Your window cleaner might have a recommendation (mine did).

Replacement units, made to measure (including thickness) are not at all expensive, and easy for a pro to change.

It will cost you far less than getting new windows, and you will wish you had done it sooner.
