Could someone please advise the correct way for me to paint these tiles both above the porch and between the middle of the upper and lower bay windows? Also can the flashing be painted and a few of the darkened red bricks?

Thanks.

The tiles are weathered, I would avoid painting them

You could try Matt Concrete paint or Masonary paint but beware the tiles will stand out forever !

The flashing can be painted using a bituminous paint, this is more flexible and will not peel like standard gloss.

I just brushed mine down. Read the instructions on the can, that could be the correct way, regardless of what others say, just a thought. :p

I painted concrete tiles (1930) & modern tiles don't know what they are made from.
Whilst they were the same colour they did look different but not as bad as before they were painted.
