Hi

I have a Makita circular saw with a 24t blade. I am wanting to fit new internal doors to the house that will require some cutting. Is this the correct saw blade for a neat cut???, please reccommend.

Thanks in advance

Ian

nope... i would never use a cicular saw on a door..... get yer plane out and do it with that ;)

score the door with a stanley knife underneath and on the front edge [end of cut] on the cut line

strait edge or guide fence set the blade 2mm 1tooth deeper than the depth of cut
an assuming the blade isnt blunt you will be ok

24 will be fine as you need to arrtis all cut edges at 45 degrees this will remove any little imperfections and drasticly reduce any larger ones ;)
