whirlpool dishwasher custom fit panel falls off

hi guys, anyone got the answer to this one, my sister in law has a fitted
fitted kitchen and fitted custom fit panel over the front of her whirlpool diplomat dishwaher, we have changed the two plastic brackets that were supplied by whirlpool on the back of the panel, however the door panel just falls off, i though i had secured it well, but alas it will not fit on at all now, am i missing something basic here, regards dave
ps it is as if you have to push the lugs into the openings and then physically lift the panel up to align it, but it does not work any ideas

You are loosening the screws that hold the plastic lugs before trying to fit the door???

You loosen the screws on the clamps, fit the door, push it upwards into the clamps and required position, then tighten the screws.
