Hi, I noticed the lead flashing around the vent pipe flipping up as shown in the picture.
Could anyone give me any idea will this causes any problem? Should I have someone fix it as quick as possible. Thanks

I'm not a roofing expert but that seems pretty bad. I doubt the flashing in that state will effectively do it's job of keeping water out and water in a roof structure is a bad thing.

That's an access nightmare - 2 bods , a triple ladder+ a catladder. Any chance of a zoomed in photo because I wonder if the correct flashing cover has been solvented to the pipe - not the problem you describe but a small thing that wants doing while someone is up there because water can trickle down the pipe . As to the flashing it may be possible to fashion a couple of clips to hold the front down and maybe glue it to the slates with a high performance sealer too. Don't be panicked into getting a "roofer" up there . The trade is full of cowboys. Can you access the inside of the roof to check on any water ingress:notworthy:

Thanks to Plugwash and Nige.
I may get access to the loft to check whether there is leaking along the vent pipe in two weeks time. I cant get zoomed photo to check whether the flashing was solvented to the pipe or not. Even it does the solvented joint can be damaged by windy easily when the flashing in a state like that.

It's a Polypipe SV 48 G that I'm on abouto_O should be one or something similar. That and the flashing round the pipe is OK in wind - it's just the apron or flat bit on the roof that will lift
