Wireless Alarm

Hi

I have an existing wireless alarm that I need to replace. I will need 3 sensors and 1 or 2 max door sensors. I will also need to be able to part alarm parts of the house incase the kids get up on the night. Ideally id like to be able to set it through a smart phone or portable keypad so it can be deactivated without going downstairs.

I seem to be pretty limited for choices unless there are more out there that I havent seen? The Yale smartphone would be an option but wasnt looking too spend that much if possible.

Any ideas?
