Wireless Drayton Digistat rf2:LEDs not lit

Evening,

Great to find this. Just moved to new house with a wireless heating system that we have no experience of.

After finally getting the batteries to connect in the wireless box, there still seems to be no communication between the wireless box and box wired into the wall. None of the 3 LED lights are on or flashing. Thinking we may need a new system before we can get the heating to start...

Any ideas how to get it up and running?

First slide down slots that hold batteries in wall thermostat, dont pull right out, turn power to system off and back on, push and hold in the 2 learn mode buttons for 10 seconds or until it flashes, then push batteries back into wall thermostat doing the left side first then the right side, hopefully that should do it.
