Wiring a 2-gang dimmer switch

The dimmer I have bought consists of two separate dimmers, each with 2 connections.

The double switch I am replacing has 4 red wires coming out of the wall, and also a small red wire connecting the two switches, that I wasn't expecting.

The switches are one-way (although they maybe weren't at one point as they are quite old).

Anybody know what connects to what?
