Wiring a Wireless Thermostat to C&M Britony!?!

Hello,

I have a Samsung wireless thermostat that I want to fit to my combi-boiler, I'm just not sure where to start. I'm pretty handy with electrics, just don't understand all the different symbols for the boiler system. Just a some understandable guidance would be much appreciated.

Also, once wired in, does the CH heat selector 'knob' become obsolete?!
