Wiring for a seperate oven and hob

Neff double over 5.7kw
Ceramic hob 5.7kw

I need your help please. What is the best way to wire these two appliances in.
Do i put them on two seperate fuses and 2 seperate isolating switches? Or is there a way I can put them on one fuse and one isolating switch. The hob would be within 500mm of the double oven.

Your advice would be much appciated.

personally i would run seperate supplys to each appliance so that if one developes a fault you could still use the other one

One circuit with two switches would facilitate that.
