Wocester has hot water but heating not working?? Please help

Please does anyone know a solution?
The system is less than 5 years old and the hot water is working fine but for some reason the heating wont come on.
The boiler is a Green Star 24i Junior.
Please help!

Hi, Yes the thermostat is turned up full and it takes about an hr for the radiators to get a little bit warm.

The Radiators have not been on for about 8 months but the water has always been on.

check system pressure (if a sealed system)

next stop is check the pump is running

undo the screw marked bleed and have a cloth handy you can spin the shaft underneath with a narrow screwdriver
