I have moved into a semi detached property , The back garden is concreted throughout , ot is 4 inches deep , i need to know if i can build the dwarf wall for the conservatory that i have bought straight on top of the concrete base or do i have to dig it up and put proper footings in , the conservatory roof is polycarbonate ( so little or hardly any weight ).

any advise would be welcome , many thanks

Idealy footings, though I built mine straight on top of patio and it survived 20 years without movement.
