Wooden Windows v PVC

Hi Im asking a lot today, thanks for all input.

I have old wodden windows with the glass on 3 of them now with broken seals, hence my earlier question with damp room. I know the glass to replace the wooden frames is quite cheap as I had one done 4 years ago and its been good ever since.

My question should I bite bullet and change them for PVC at more expense or should I just replace the glass for cheaper option.

I should add we are selling the house sometime next year, new buyers may not like new windows, so replace glass??

Glass replacement only, if you intend to sell......the new folks can then have the pleasure of replacing the frames if they want.
